This candidate will oversee the firm’s strategic marketing platform and business development initiatives, integrating business development with project-specific promotion; shaping compelling storytelling materials that effectively showcase the firm’s strengths and consistently deliver measurable results.
This candidate’s leadership will ensure a cohesive and effective approach to marketing, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
As the Director of Marketing, you will:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the firm's reputation, brand awareness, and market positioning.
- Oversee and guide the Director of Communications and Manager of Proposals & CRM in the development and execution of strategic communication plans, client relationship management, and proposal creation.
- Collaborate with the Founding Partners to identify new business opportunities and establish marketing goals that support overall firm objectives.
- Develop and execute media strategies in partnership with BD teams and key opinion leaders.
- Supervise digital lead generation efforts, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to refine lead follow-up processes and search criteria based on feedback.
- Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and key partners.
- Assist senior management in tracking and analyzing digital marketing performance and KPIs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of Canadian architecture.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, fostering relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and corporate values across all marketing and communication channels.
