Job Description:


Windstream Holdings is seeking an experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As the Online Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online chat platform, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales through live chat interactions. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service and online chat management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage all aspects of the online chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Train and mentor chat agents to ensure they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures. 3. Develop and implement chat scripts and guidelines to streamline communication and improve customer satisfaction. 4. Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to increase sales. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to optimize the chat platform for lead generation and customer acquisition. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management to enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. 7+ years of experience in customer service and online chat management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 5. Creativity and project management soft skills. 6. Proficiency in chat software and CRM systems. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
