**Responsibilities**:

- maintenance, management, and resident concerns
- Response for the safety of tenants, maintenance requests, and building operations
- All general apartment maintenance duties
- Carrying and responding to emergency phone
- Must have experience in performing various building maintenance and repairs, including, but not limited to, carpentry, drywall repairs and/or mudding, minor plumbing, minor electricity, painting, caulking, minor appliance repair, locks, keys, deadbolts, and door closers
- Ability to schedule and prioritize
- Must be mature, reliable, energetic and highly driven individual/s
- Superintendent or Superintendent Couple must live on site, no pets

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$62,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Sudbury, ON P3C 5K4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Handyman: 3 years (required)
