The Night Shift Leader will provide customers with friendly and professional service, managing and leading Department Clerks through coaching and training to maximize execution of the strategy, standards, and offerings. Actively support an environment of employee and customer engagement.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
  1. Provide customer service to meet customer needs
  2. Responsible for supervision of employees on the night shift
  3. Schedule, train, coach, and develop night shift employees
  4. Manage all facets of store operations during the night shift
  5. Ensure department standards are followed and store is ready for business at end of each shift
  6. Process and receive grocery orders
  7. Merchandise the Grocery Department
  8. Perform retail floor maintenance
  9. Ensure all applicable company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to
  10. Responsible for ensuring that OH&S, food safety, security, and other regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented and maintained
  11. Other duties as required
What you have to offer:
  1. Above average communication skills (both oral and written)
  2. Full knowledge of department operations and skills
  3. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
  4. Strong interpersonal skills including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multi-task
  5. Ability to hire, train, and coach staff
  6. High School Diploma
  7. Minimum six months of experience
