Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service to fulfill customer expectations.
  2. Oversee and guide team members during the night shift.
  3. Organize, instruct, and nurture the development of night shift personnel.
  4. Manage all aspects of store operations throughout the night.
  5. Ensure compliance with departmental standards and prepare the store for operations at the end of each shift.
  6. Handle the processing and receiving of grocery shipments.
  7. Merchandise the Grocery Department effectively.
  8. Maintain the retail floor to ensure a tidy shopping environment.
  9. Communicate and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures.
  10. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety, food safety, security, and other regulatory requirements.
  11. Perform additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  2. Comprehensive understanding of departmental operations.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  5. Capability to recruit, train, and mentor staff.
  6. High School Diploma.
  7. At least six months of relevant experience.
