Job Summary
This position assesses all fees for the importation of international packages and performs general brokerage tasks.

Responsibilities

1. Assesses duties, taxes, and brokerage fees of imported commodities.
2. Ensures assessment of duties and taxes adhere to local Customs and Revenue Agency regulations.
3. Contacts customers on brokerage related matters.

Qualifications

1. Brokerage Certification - Preferred
2. Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
4. Previous Experience in a Call Center Environment - Preferred
5. Bilingual English and French an asset

Available Shift Times

1. Monday to Friday 13:45pm AST - 22:15pm AST
2. Tuesday to Saturday (Monday night to Saturday morning) 22:00pm AST - 06:30am AST
3. Monday to Friday (Sunday night to Friday morning) 22:00pm AST - 06:30am AST
