Key Responsibilities for the Job:
- Utilize SAP for organizational management and maintain accurate system records
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination
- Manage and maintain schedules for staff and projects
- Assist in the development and implementation of scheduling policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the payroll team to integrate payroll data into financial systems
- Assist in the development of budgets and manage internal budgets, monitor performance and providing reports
- Conduct budget analysis, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Perform accounting tasks related to budgeting, financial reporting, and reconciliation
