Financial Manager

At station1 Lebenese Kitchen, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining a high level of financial control.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Control: Maintain a high level of financial control, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly authorized, recorded, and reported.
- Payroll and Benefits: Manage payroll and benefits administration, including calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Develop and implement financial systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective financial management, including manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
- Skills: Strong financial management skills, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Proficient in financial software and systems, including manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
