The Administrator, Utility Locates will provide support to the Promark-Telecon team in Alberta

This is a full-time, 6-month contract position and a fully remote opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with AR/AP processes. 

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Prepare client invoicing
  • Review and process claims
  • Process vendor invoices and accruals
  • Manage quality and safety documents including audits, inspections, and reporting
  • Support dispatch and CSR team with daily tasks as required
  • Other duties as required to support the day-to-day operations

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • 1-3 years of previous Administrative or Operations Support experience is preferred
  • Proficient with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to handle secure/sensitive documents such as invoices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
  • Flexible and quick to adapt to new tasks and challenges
  • Willingness to learn and help the team where required
