Le Bureau desanté Porcupine est à la recherche d’un(e) professionnel(le) des ressourceshumaines expérimenté(e) et très motivé(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe degestion multidisciplinaire. Relevant de la médecin hygiéniste et directricegénérale, le (la) gestionnaire des ressources humaines travaille encollaboration avec l’équipe de gestion pour élaborer, mettre en œuvre oufaciliter les programmes pour traiter les problèmes ou analyser les tendancesen matière de ressources humaines dans l’ensemble de l’organisation.

Le (la) gestionnaire des ressources humaines est responsable de l’élaboration,de la mise en œuvre et de l’administration de stratégies, de politiques et deprocédures progressives en matière de ressources humaines, conformes auxexigences législatives et aux conventions collectives, afin de soutenir lamission et l’orientation stratégique du bureau de santé. Le (la) gestionnairedes ressources humaines apporte son soutien et présente ses conseils auxgestionnaires et employés à tous les niveaux sur des questions liées à l’emploi,notamment la résolution des conflits, la gestion du rendement et la promotionde la santé et du bien-être au sein de l’organisation. La personne qui occuperace poste apportera également un soutien essentiel aux équipes chargées duprocessus de fusion entre le Bureau de santé Porcupine et les Services de santédu Timiskaming.

Exigences :
Baccalauréat en ressourceshumaines et (ou) en administration des affaires.

Le titre de conseiller/conseillèreen ressources humaines agréé(e) (CRHA) ou de leader en ressources humainesagréé(e) (LRHA) est requis. 

Au moins cinq (5) ans d’expérienceprogressive dans le domaine des ressources humaines, de préférence dans unenvironnement syndiqué.

Connaissance et compréhensiondes exigences législatives gouvernementales pertinentes relatives aux relationsde travail, aux normes d’emploi, à la santé et à la sécurité au travail et à laLAPHO.

Expérience confirmée despratiques exemplaires dans les domaines du recrutement, de la négociationcollective, de l’assiduité et de la gestion du rendement.

Expérience de l’administrationdes prestations, des pensions et de la gestion des limitations fonctionnelles.

Excellentescompétences en matière de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, etexcellence avérée en matière de compétences interpersonnelles et decommunication. 

Capacité àtraiter les questions sensibles de manière professionnelle et confidentielle.

Compétences très développées enmatière de relations interpersonnelles, d’esprit critique et d’organisation. 

Une maîtrise des deux languesofficielles est considérée comme un atout.

Capacité à travailler desheures flexibles et à voyager dans la région du Bureau de santé Porcupine et àl’extérieur. 

La personne doit avoir unpermis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule.

Des déplacements seront nécessairespour se rendre dans les bureaux situés dans les limites de l’organisation.

Vérification satisfaisante desantécédents criminels et en vue d’un travail auprès de personnes vulnérables.

Obligation de se conformer auxpolitiques d’immunisation, y compris la vaccination contre la COVID-19, à moinsde présenter une exemption médicale valide.
