Our Front Desk Office Administrator is the first point of contact in our office, whether it is in-person, on the phone, or by email. The primary responsibility for this position is to provide support to our Agents, Clients, and Management, and to ensure that our front desk operations are functioning smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, data entry, managing office Social Media Accounts, providing support to the sales and management team, holiday coverage for other members of the administration team, and other tasks as necessary.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering & Managing incoming phone calls.
- Data Input
- Receiving Deposit Cheques and Preparing Receipts.
- Working with Listings (Organizing paperwork, uploading documents, processing changes, etc.)
- Managing Social Media Channels (Creating posts & content, responding to initial inquiries, etc).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Strong ability to remain patient and calm when under pressure
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel), Gmail, Google Docs, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new programs and platforms
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Work Location: In person
