About You:

We’re looking for someone who is a champion of everything web & digital, and to help lead collaborations between our clients and staff. Part inventor and part problem-solver, you put the user experience at the forefront of ideas that you come up with. Web is your primary focus, but you aren’t limited to one medium. You work collaboratively with a team of creatives, designers, media specialists, marketing strategists, and client service pros. You’re someone who always likes new exciting challenges—you love a good website launch while drinking your morning coffee, but also look forward to an afternoon of mentoring a new team member. You make decisions using both data and instinct and bring forward ideas/solutions to problems in innovative ways.

What you’ll do:

  1. Act as the key lead for LMNO’s web & digital projects, focusing on short, medium, and long term goals to create impactful solutions for our clients.
  2. Identify opportunities with our clients to help them better connect with their audiences through inventive, creative, and strategic based web/digital solutions.
  3. Help contribute to internal team building & growth.
  4. Collaborate and communicate with internal staff, contractors, and clients.
  5. Optimize web & digital projects for performance.
  6. Implement and monitor security protocols.
  7. Deploy and monitor websites, and keep an eye on how they perform.
  8. Analyze and revise - look at the data and make changes where necessary.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years experience working as a full-stack developer.
  2. 2+ years experience working in a leadership position.
  3. Ability to understand complex business and technical issues.
  4. A strong portfolio of website or online-based projects.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Collaboration is a personal value.
  7. Experience presenting work to clients.
