Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and user interface design, capable of leading design projects and ensuring that our digital products are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct design projects, providing guidance and oversight on all UX/UI projects.
- Ensure design deliverables align with project goals and client expectations.
- Develop user personas and customer journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain information architecture, ensuring content is organized and accessible.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement and refine designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with other teams to integrate accessibility and branding guidelines into production.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design within the organization.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.
Requirements
- Degree in Website Development or Computer Science.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
