About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our team at Myseum of Toronto. As a key member of our senior team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, building and expanding our audience, and increasing our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Vision and Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Brand Management
    • Oversee the development and implementation of our brand guidelines and standards.
    • Ensure consistency in our brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to engage and retain our audience.
    • Manage and optimize our website, social media, and email marketing efforts.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and collaborate with our marketing team to achieve our goals and objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and other design programs.
    • Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
