Bloom Canada is revolutionizing the way we approach retirement, and we're looking for a talented Marketing Director to help us achieve our mission.

As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth and awareness for our brand. This includes demand generation, brand marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, and content marketing.

You will work closely with our Chief Brand Officer to build and maintain our company brand, including messaging, tone, design, and public and analyst relations. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Community and Product teams to deliver on marketing objectives.

We're looking for a strategic marketer with 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company. You should have a proven track record of developing, inspiring, retaining, and coaching a marketing team to drive attainment of ambitious company objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a holistic marketing strategy
  • Building and maintaining the company brand
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Community and Product teams
  • Leading, coaching, and growing the Marketing team
  • Establishing clear KPIs and processes for reporting on marketing effectiveness
