Job Summary: Sous Chef for our Catering division
ASA Foods, a Montreal-based catering company, is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. The Sous Chef will play a crucial role in assisting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Duties:
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen activities.
- Supervise food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food service industry specially in the catering Sector
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation methods.
- Previous experience in Catering
- Excellent food handling skills and attention to detail.
