We are looking for a Branch Rental Representative for the Anjou area to join our team at the Anjou, QC

What You’ll Be Doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop new markets in various sectors and increase sales for existing customers.
  • Follow up with customers and resolve equipment rental issues.
  • Analyze customer needs and requirements, inform them about the available equipment and their features, and present customers with equipment rental solutions.
  • Responsible for prospecting new customers on jobsites and offices to drive rental revenues within the established territories.
  • Effectively manage and develop networking relationships.
  • Complete required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely manner including use of our CRM program

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; post-secondary diploma an asset
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in the equipment rental/construction related industry
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract. You will be required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong prospecting and needs analysis skills.
  • Strong drive for results and customer focus.
  • Solid team player and self-starter.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Available to work after working hours and on weekends if required
  • Bilingual in French and English required

Vos tâches journalières

Fonctions et responsabilités (incluant mais pas limitées à):

  • Développer de nouveaux marchés de divers secteurs d’activités et accroître les ventes de la clientèle établie
  • Assurer le suivi auprès des clients et résoudre les problèmes liés à la location d’équipements
  • Analyser les besoins et les exigences des clients, les informer sur la machinerie disponible leurs caractéristiques, et leur présenter des solutions concernant la location d’équipements
  • Responsable de la prospection sur les chantiers et dans les bureaux, afin de générer des revenus de location selon le territoire établie.
  • Gérer et développer efficacement les relations de réseau.
  • Remplir les documents et processus requis de manière precise et opportune, y compris l’utilisation de notre programme CRM.

Profil Requis

Compétences/connaissances et Qualifications/Expérience:

  • Minimum Diplôme d’études secondaires V ou équivalent; D.E.C., est un atout
  • Minimum d’un an d’expérience dans un poste similaire dans le milieu de la construction/location
  • Connaissance de base du système informatique
  • Permis de conduire Classe 5 valide et dossier de conduite satisfaisant. Vous devrez fournir une copie récente de votre dossier de conduite
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale, tant en personne qu’au téléphone
  • Profil « Développeur »
  • Forte orientation vers les résultats et le service à la clientèle
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour le travail d’équipe.
  • Capable de travailler en autonomie avec un minimum de supervision
  • Flexibilité à travailler en dehors des heures de travail au besoin
  • Le bilinguisme (anglais et français)
