WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGIf you excel at organization and relationship building, and are interested in learning about Energy, then we can’t wait to talk to you We are looking for someone who is eager to go above and beyond, helping our customers reach their goals by demonstrating expert knowledge of our products and services.
You will perform a wide variety of administrative support and office clerical functions, including:
- Answering the phone, taking customer orders, creating tickets, and updating the call log.
- Acting as a liaison between the customer and the appropriate staff, to satisfy customer queries, complaints, and requests for information and service.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports, detailing the nature of customer service issues and complaints and trends in customer opinions.
- Providing customers with information regarding current and upcoming services and programs.
- Invoicing customers and applying customer payments on account.
- Coding supplier invoices for payment.
- Ideally possesses 1-3 years customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Sound computer skills.
- Effective inter-personal communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive, professional manner under all conditions.

Central Ontario FS is a retail division of GROWMARK, INC. that serves local producers across Central and Southern Ontario. We provide leading-edge agronomic products & solutions, including precision ag services delivered by a skilled team of professionals.
Our average full-time tenure is 12 years, with 20% of our full-timers having more than 25 years of service.
