We’re in search of an experienced Driver Payroll Administrator to join our team in Brampton, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Preparing and administrating payroll for all Drivers according to each pay period.
  • Calculate driver payroll and input payroll information for processing.
  • Accurately track attendance for all the drivers.
  • Answer the phone and respond to Payroll inquiries. Investigate driver pay questions/concerns.
  • Ability to complete full cycle payroll, as required.
  • Distill payroll data from various sources and enter on a spreadsheet.
  • Enter payroll data spreadsheets into accounting software.
  • Any other duties as designated by senior management.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or a bachelor’s degree with a focus on payroll or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of payroll administration experience.
  • Previous experience in transportation industry is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new software quickly.
  • High level of detail orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organization/document management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
