Must Have:
- A Bachelor's level University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a similar discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst including requirements gathering, facilitation, use case analysis and detailed design activities.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in eHealth projects in a Canadian jurisdiction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- 5+ Years of demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst role in eHealth in a Canadian jurisdiction related to both project and operations work. Experience with EMR projects in a Canadian regional health authority context would be an asset.
- 5+ Years of demonstrated experience in facilitating sessions with diversified groups of Subject Matter Experts/stakeholders resulting in clear and concise business requirements.
- 3+ Years of Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst role in EMR implementations in a Canadian jurisdiction.
- 5+ Years of Demonstrated experience in documenting workflow / business processes / user stories.
- 2+ Years of Demonstrated experience in defining and documenting Standard Operating Procedures in support of program operations.
- 3+ Years of Demonstrated experience in complex multi-year projects that included a significant digital transformation and change management component.
- 3+ Years of Demonstrated experience in a Business Analysis role in both English and French each.
