- Team Lead The FP&A Analyst plays a key role in providing all levels of the business, including senior management and executives, with the information and analysis they need to make operational, financial, and strategic decisions. With strong business/ financial acumen, data management skills, and good interpersonal skills, the FP&A Analyst will contribute to the organization as a financial steward by sourcing and translating financial and non-financial data into meaningul and useful information.

**Responsibilities**
- Planning and Analysis - Responsible for championing the budgeting/ forecasting/ financial analysis process for departments as assigned.
- Modeling - Provide input to benchmarking surveys, corporate projects/ RFP by conducting cost benefits analysis, unit cost calculation, and ensuring business requirements are adequately addressed.

**Requirements**:

- College diploma, university degree or equivalent program. Completed or nearing completion of CPA Designation considered an asset.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting, or Actuarial.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Excel. Capabilities in Power BI and/ or Power Query considered an asset.
- Detail-oriented, quick learner, strong time management skills.
- Uses logic and methods to solve problems and determine effective solutions.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with multiple areas of finance as well as business units of the organization.
- Bilingualism (ENG/ FR) considered an asset.
