About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team at D-KAMP SERVICES INC. as a key member of our consulting firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information systems and a proven track record of delivering business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet their needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to clients.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize their impact.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field.
  • Work setting: Consulting firm.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
