We're Hiring - Client Support CoordinatorAre you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit individual who has excellent client service skills? Are you looking to work in a remote/hybrid environment? We're looking for you to join our team as a Client Support Coordinator from anywhere located in Canada
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality client service to our Financing team
- Resolve core issues, prepare client proposals, letters of intent, contracts, obtaining needed signatures, and following up with clients
- Actively participate in portfolio development by identifying funding opportunities and developing creative solutions to meet client needs
- Conduct pre-qualification and risk rating assessment activities for existing and potential financing clients
- Contribute to marketing efforts by organizing events, campaigns, activities, preparing marketing communications, and providing on-site logistical support

Requirements- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Able to analyze and interpret financial statements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Eager to work within a team or independently
- Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bilingual in French and English
