Why You’ll Love This Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll take a leadership role in driving sales growth through the management of a dynamic sales team. Your primary focus will be to:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a national sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets and ensure the company consistently meets or exceeds sales goals.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective management and consistent revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with showroom dealers, providing strategies to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback to improve team performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for business growth within the luxury bathroom sector.

About You:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a focus on coaching, motivating, and driving performance.
  • Strong background in sales pipeline management and a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a talent for developing long-term partnerships with showroom dealers and influencers
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in bathroom products, interior lighting, home appliances, furnishings, or flooring is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support and manage the national sales team.
