Alsport is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Advisor to join our team in Regina. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs and preferences.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and desires.
- Provide comprehensive product information and recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Offer test drives and demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of our vehicles and equipment.
**Sales Generation**:
- Actively promote sales of vehicles, parts, and accessories through effective sales techniques.
- Cultivate relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of departmental goals.
- Utilize up selling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the latest motorsport and powersport products, trends, and developments.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product lineup, including specifications, features, and benefits.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on product selection and customization options.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in parts, service, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate efforts and address customer needs.
- Participate actively in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the motorsport or powersport industry, is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to occasionally travel for events or training.
