We’re searching for an experienced Dental Administrator who is passionate about providing the best patient experience possible. In this role, you’re the first contact for our patient experience and it's your job to improve efficiency, ensure excellent patient experience, and set up our dental office for success using your strong attention to detail and respect for regulatory best practices. You will be a key contributor to providing excellent patient interactions and help the office procedures run as smoothly as possible.

This is a full-time, permanent position, averaging 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary and 100% Employer paid Health Benefits

  • A self-driven individual who is willing to help with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Comfortable using dental clinic software and digital tools
  • A solid understanding of dental procedures and the ability to communicate the treatment process effectively with patients
  • Experience analyzing radiographs and preparing pre-determinations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, organized and reliable
  • Understanding of health & safety regulations relating to the dental office environment
  • Asset: Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
