This role supports the company's operations by managing contracts related to energy procurement, project development, and services, while minimizing risks and maximizing value.Key Responsibilities:Draft and review energy-related contracts, including power purchase agreements, service contracts, and EPC contracts.Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, contractors, and clients to secure favorable terms.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and manage contractual risks.Organize and track contracts, ensuring all parties meet their obligations.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on contract terms.Support dispute resolution and contribute to process improvements.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field; energy experience preferred.Experience: 5-10 years in contract management within the Energy, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry.Skills: Strong negotiation, organizational, and contract law knowledge, with proficiency in contract management software.Work Environment:Office-based with occasional travel for stakeholder meetings.
