ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth.We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

The Senior Business Analyst- (3 Month Contract) will be responsible for setting up large, enterprise level service desks internationally.

Requirements:

ØExperience documenting both functional and non-functional requirements

ØBachelor degree (or higher) in relevant business administration program or equivalent experience.

Ø5-10 years workingas a Business Analyst.

ØExperience documenting both functional and non-functional requirements

ØExperience with setting up large enterprise level service desks internationally

ØProven experience in the methodologies, processes and procedures associated with service desks (i.e. ITIL)

ØExperience with corresponding software/hardware requirements (i.e. helpdesk ticketing, workflow software

ØExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
