We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key role to ensure the success of our operations within the Atlantic Region.
What you will do:
- Oversee our delivery and warehouse teams composed of Technical, Delivery, and Warehouse Associates (15-20).
- Ensure that all customers are receiving top-level service and that service levels are met.
- Supervise warehouse activities and ensure inventory targets are attained (i.e., inventory values, days of inventory on hand, etc.).
- Maintain positive staff relations through consistent and effective communication including staff meetings, weekly reviews, route rides, and one-on-one communication.
- Make sure relevant administrative procedures are carried out correctly and efficiently in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee and manage administrative processes and procedures, ensuring these are executed and completed efficiently and in accordance with corporate policy.
- Manage and support the employee lifecycle (recruitment, orientation, onboarding, retention, and offboarding). Provide coaching and performance feedback, supporting professional growth, training, and development.
- Ensure an inclusive and collaborative work environment that is aligned with KDP values and policies.
- Collaborate closely with Associate Managers and leaders across the territory and country to promote synergy.
