This role works to align HR practices and ensure a high standard of customer service is provided to employees and clients. Primary Responsibilities: Work closely with site management and supervision teams to identify prospective staffing requirements. Facilitate career fairs. Managing all aspects of recruitment Review candidate inventories, pre-screen, quality checks and interviews. Administer new hire onboarding process. Assist employees with benefit questions. Manage confidential p-files. Electronic filing and record keeping duties to confidential information. HR practices remain current and keep up to any legislation changes. Respond to general questions on HR policy and process. Develop and maintain effective communication with all employees while maintaining confidentiality and objectivity. Support employee termination, update employment records related to hiring. Understand Performance Management principles and provide advice and counsel to employees/leaders on these processes. Recognition – identify and provide information to management. Monitor safety training expirations. Coordinating internal and external client requests via email and phone. Support the organizations safety programs & training. Weekly reports to CEO & President. Managing Workhub certifications, maintaining spend matrix. Qualifications & Requirements: HR diploma Office administration Diploma preferred. Minimum 2 Years Office Administrative experience High Degree of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (required) Work well with others in a team environment and have a positive attitude. Must have strong organizational skills, time management and communication skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in high-pressure situations. Analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to remain neutral and impartial when necessary. Problem solving and mediation skills.
