The Manager of Change Management will lead and coordinate organizational change initiatives, serving as a pivotal role in facilitating the business aspects of a new reporting system solution. Acting as a liaison between business users and the technology team, the Manager will engage with all levels of management and staff to ensure smooth and effective implementation of changes. This position involves directing change management activities to align with the organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Create and execute plans to manage organizational change.
  • Lead, coordinate, and manage change management initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor staff throughout the change process.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of changes on employees.
  • Provide expert advice on managing organizational change.
  • Communicate change management plans to team members and key stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in.
  • Develop training programs to help employees understand and adapt to changes.
  • Evaluate the success of change management initiatives.
  • Gain a deep understanding of existing workflows for merchandising teams and propose best practices considering the new reporting system.
  • Support the development of data and business use-case documentation for the new reporting system.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or technology disciplines; MBA preferred.
  • 4-7 years of experience leading change management processes, particularly in new technology and data management system adoption.
  • Data-savvy leader with expertise in guiding organizations through data-driven decision-making and adopting new data systems.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
  • Capability to manage changes independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Expertise in utilizing advanced tools and software, such as project management software, to oversee change processes.
  • Strong influencing skills to garner support for change initiatives.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Commitment to ensuring changes are completed on time and within budget.
