This is a critical role in the team, supporting the business aspect of a new reporting system solution and acting as an intermediary between the business users and the technology team. The manager will interface with all levels of management and staff to ensure that changes are smoothly and effectively implemented. Change manager will lead change management activities in the right direction and work to ensure that changes meet the organization’s goals.ResponsibilitiesCreating change management strategies to achieve the organizational goalsDeveloping and implementing plans to manage changeLeading, coordinating, and managing change management activitiesCoaching and mentoring staff through the change processMonitoring and assessing the impact of change on employeesProviding expert advice on handling a change in an organizationCommunicating change management plans to teammates and key stakeholders to ensure their understanding and buy-inDeveloping training programs to help employees understand and adapt to changeEvaluating the success of change management initiativesDevelop deep understanding of existing work-flows for merchandizing teams and proposing best in class ways of working, considering the new reporting systemSupport developing data and business use-case documentation for the new reporting systemKey QualificationsBachelor’s degree in management or tech disciplines – MBA preferredAt least 4-7 years of experience leading change management processes specially in new technology and data management system adoptionA data-savvy leader well versed in leading organizations on the data driven decision making journey and how new data systems can be adopted across organizationsExcellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skillsAbility to effectively deal with stakeholdersGood analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issuesAbility to operate changes on your own and as part of a groupProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointAdeptness in using advanced tools and software, like project management software, to manage change processesExpertise in influencing others to support changeOrganizing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyEnsuring that changes are accomplished on time and within budget
