How You’ll Make a Difference

As a member of the People & Culture team, the People & Culture Specialist will partner with leaders across our organization to drive a wide range of recruitment and people programs. You will collaborate on key business decisions and help build our team according to Litco’s high bar for performance, future potential and culture-add by:

  1. Leading full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, interviewing, making and negotiating job offers, and supporting hiring leads in candidate selection.
  2. Championing the Litco Law company and brand to connect with top industry talent and attract high-quality candidates.
  3. Working with the wider People & Culture team to identify opportunities to streamline and otherwise improve internal people processes and systems.
  4. Creating, coordinating and facilitating learning and development programs that support team members at every level of the organization in their growth and success, including onboarding and new hire training.
  5. Working closely with the People & Culture Manager to evolve and implement Litco Law’s engagement and retention strategy through learning and development, wellness and other initiatives.
  6. Managing quarterly eNPS polling and promoting team participation and feedback.
  7. Managing and facilitating bi-annual Stay Interview processes.
  8. Building relationships across the organization and being available for support and coaching as needed by the wider Litco Law team.
  9. Acting as a leader within the company’s engagement groups (Culture Champions, Wellness Warriors, Litco LAB, Activate, Litco Cares etc.).
  10. Working as part of the People & Culture team to complete other tasks as needed.
  11. Managing and championing Litco Law’s benefits and perks, wellness and payroll administration and external partnerships.
