Primary Job Functions

  • Credit request hold/review over 10k and assisting Collections staff with other credit override concerns.
  • Ongoing review of customers nearing credit limit and acting accordingly.
  • Review and approve credit applications.
  • Analyzing accounts with credit balances, take appropriate action.
  • Tax/ resale verifications.
  • Post, research, action CC chargebacks.
  • Ensures customer database is clean, up to date, and accurate, working directly with customers to set up parent/child accounts, removal of duplicate or redundant accounts.
  • Assist with Pinnacle disputes.
  • Analyze and assess credit history of existing and potential clients.
  • Ability to make informed decisions backed by sound assessment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and submit applications on time.
  • Understanding of business, economic, and industry risk.
  • Maintaining record of all customers applications.
  • Assist collectors with reconciling/payment errors.
  • Assist collectors with problem accounts.
  • Assist with audits.
  • Assist with demand letters.
  • Assist with Creating/updating associated process documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of dealership experience.
  • Must have CCP designation.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role working as a Credit Analyst
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and effective negotiation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, as well as with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and follow through.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications with exceptional EXCEL skills
  • Strong overall keyboarding and internet application skills.
