About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Credit Application Analyst to join our National Office Specialized Home Financing team. As a key member of our Credit Application Review Team, you will provide critical support to our Sales Channel and Credit Centre in all areas of document compliance and verification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to the Sales Channel and Credit Underwriting function, ensuring submission quality and document compliance with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Review, update, and analyze all credit documentation for accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Accountable for completing a range of responsibilities associated with Real Estate Secured Lending products, involving single to multiple steps across several systems and applications.

About the Team:

The National Office Specialized Home Financing team is responsible for developing and executing the MMS and Broker Channel strategies, delivering business performance insights to drive growth and increase productivity. We work closely with One TD partners, RESUL, and the Channels leadership team to support 1A channel governance, conduct risk, channel engagement programs, and the management of the Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistants.

Requirements:

  • Mortgage/credit lending experience is preferred.
  • Superior computer/technology skills.
  • Superior proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent judgement, time management skills, and ability to meet/exceed timelines and SLA expectations from a customer and business partner perspective.
  • High-level accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Availability to work variable hours and attend in-office days as per business needs.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma/Undergraduate degree and/or
  • 1+ years relevant experience.
