Canada First Home Fortification Services aims to help protect and defend hardworking Canadian citizens, their families, and their homes. We provide top tier security and fortification systems to ensure every home is a fortress against threats, big and small.

The Role:

The Head of Administration works closely with the Executive team to ensure the day-to-day operations of the business are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer service and building strong customer relations.
  • Communicate with customers before and after they are serviced by Canada First technicians.
  • Review, evaluate and implement efficient administrative and operational procedures.
  • Support the Executive Team, operate as their “right hand.”
  • Manage a schedule for ongoing jobs and technicians.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure the office is organized and efficient.
  • Monitor the progress of all open work orders in the region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquires.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Demonstrate ability to provide top notch service to all customers and prospects.
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence with handling customer inquiries.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to maintain order in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strict attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

  • English (required)
