This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with internship/coop experience or someone with 1 year experience working as a AR Clerk looking to advance their career in Finance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Complete month end activities including billing, resident payments and refunds
  • Actively contribute to the collections process
  • Prepare financial reports, analysis and explain variances on A/R metrics
  • Audit billings prepared by communities and other business units
  • Report KPI's with meaningful analysis on numbers
  • Take initiative independently and act on supporting collection efforts

Education & Experience Required:

  • College Diploma OR University Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance
  • Minimum 3 years' business experience in a similar role (preferably A/R experience in fast paced deadline oriented environment)
  • MS Office including intermediate ability to use formulas and look ups on MS Excel
  • Experience with AR/AP Systems - Experience with Yardi is considered an asset
  • High degree of accuracy and analytical skills in tight deadline situations
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills
