Informal is structured with 5 business units which include: 

  • Cosmos Hub: A core developer of the Cosmos Hub blockchain working on R&D and maintenance.  
  • Interchain team: A leading developer for CometBFT, Hermes and IBC-rs 
  • Informal Security: A security auditing business providing security audits in the Cosmos ecosystem and beyond.
  • Informal Staking: A PoS validator helping to secure the Cosmos ecosystem and beyond. 
  • Cycles: An early stage startup that aims to deliver financial software solutions that improve businesses’ sustainability through reducing their cash flow needs. 

About the Role

The Content Marketing Strategist will assist the Marketing Lead in executing impactful content marketing - with both content creation and management. The Content Marketing Strategist will play a key role in marketing for the Informal Systems Cosmos Hub team and executing against business objectives. The Content Marketing Strategist will report directly to the Marketing Lead and work closely with Project Leads. 



What your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Lead all aspects of the creation of compelling and high-quality content (social media copy, website content, case studies, blog posts, videos, and more) ensuring alignment with target audiences, use cases, and industry trends; evaluating concepts against communication strategies, brand narratives and business goals
  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting and a diverse range of content types across multiple platforms
  • Drive thought leadership strategies by collaborating with internal subject matter experts to produce insightful and authoritative content
  • Lead user marketing initiatives, encouraging positive relationships with key users and demonstrating their success stories to build trust and credibility
  • Lead performance reporting and measurement, track performance and metrics across all platforms to develop monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights for continuous optimizations and channel growth
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and user preferences to advise and optimize content and marketing strategies
