**Content Strategist’s Mission**:

As our new Content Strategist, you’ll primarily help define key messaging and content plans to inform the design and development of marketing websites and platforms for clients across various sectors. On occasion, you’ll also work on a wider variety of projects including innovative campaigns and events; digital services; AR and VR experiences; interactive narratives; and more.

**The Real Opportunity**
- Work closely with Design Strategists as well as UX and UI Designers to develop content designs for client projects.
- Build strategies for developing, implementing, and managing compelling content.
- Work with Strategy, UX and Design team members to help define taxonomies and navigational structures for complex platforms and products.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform content recommendations.
- Define clear objectives, success metrics, and KPIs for content.
- Analyze and audit digital content across the client, competitive, and cultural landscape based on user goals and behaviors and identify key opportunities to best engage audiences.
- Contribute to content audit frameworks for multiple project types (web, digital and live event / experiential, campaign, etc.).
- Confidently present content strategy to internal and client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the cross functional team to define and update content strategy processes and deliverables.
- Empower wider teams to better understand content strategy and design through training and the development of learning resources.
- Contribute to copywriting efforts if/when necessary.
- Work with team members to develop editorial and style guides.
