Description du poste:Working closely with the Claims Total Loss team, the Salvage unit is responsible for ensuring that total loss vehicles are transferred in ownership and sold on a timely basis through our third-party salvage vendor. Reporting directly to the Team Manager, Salvage and Loss Transfer, the salvage coordinator delivers against accountabilities to ensure vehicles are moved on a timely basis, ownerships are transferred correctly, exceptions/errors are tracked, liens are discharged and all enquiries from our salvage vendor are responded to expediently. Key skills are speed, attention to detail, and a willingness to continually learn in order to resolve complex salvage issues as they arise.
Key job duties will include:- Administrative transfer of vehicle ownerships through various governmental agencies;
- Branding enquiries and changes;
- Timely and responsive moving of vehicles;
- Processing of salvage transactions within ClaimCenter;
- Closure of salvage logs;
- Possessing and fostering strong analytical skills and maintaining attention to detail;
- Ensuring productivity and efficiency standards are maintained on an individual level;
- Being a change leader, leading with conviction and evolving mindsets and behaviors with transparency and purpose;
- Effective communicator with the ability to demonstrate purpose and accountability;
- Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external partners for the purposes of delivering ongoing efficiencies and influencing industry trends and innovations;
