Votre rôle au sein de l'équipe

  • Soutenir la planification stratégique, la mise en œuvre et la gestion de toutes les initiatives de marketing et de communication pour le projet Poplar.
  • Responsable du matériel de communication, de la publicité, des relations avec les médias et de l'interaction avec les clients.
  • Responsable des communications internes et de la promotion d'une utilisation efficace des outils de communication tels que le courrier électronique à l'échelle de l'entreprise, le site web, le portail SharePoint, la correspondance interne, la signalisation et les bulletins d'information.
  • Organiser, coordonner et planifier les événements liés aux projets, les réunions publiques et les consultations.
  • Soutenir les projets en matière de communication, de relations avec les médias et d'intégration des éléments de communication dans les programmes de sensibilisation des projets.

  • Expérience pertinente en communication (un atout);

We are currently seeking a Junior communication coordinator to join the major projects team in our Montreal’s office and Bécancour on the Poplar project. A communication coordinator is a member of the communication team who supports project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring internal and external communications.

Your role within the team

  • Support the strategic planning, implementation and management of all marketing and communications initiatives for the Poplar project.
  • Responsible for communication materials, advertising, media relations and customer interaction.
  • Responsible for internal communications and promoting effective use of communication tools such as company-wide email, website, SharePoint portal, internal correspondence, signage and newsletters.
  • Organize, coordinate and plan project events, public meetings and consultations.
  • Support projects with communications, media relations and integration of communications elements into project outreach programs.

  • Degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or marketing.
  • Relevant experience in communications (an asset);
