Reporting to the Head of Research & Strategy Planning, you will lead a variety of research projects and work with research partners to provide insights and inform strategy. Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and providing research support for teams across the business.
  • Effectively working with external research partners to plan and execute a wide range of research projects.
  • Designing, setting up and managing in-house surveys using the Qualtrics platform.
  • Conducting qualitative research including customer recruitment, user testing, focus groups and interviews.
  • Overseeing the Voice of Customer programme.

A bit about you:

As a Research Specialist, you are passionate about customers and insights. The ideal candidate is curious, self-motivated, agile, and collaborative. You will have:

  • At least 2-3 years of research experience
  • Exposure to both qualitative and quantitative methodology.
  • Exposure to design thinking or human centred design.
  • Good project planning skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent ability to build rapport with people and manage stakeholders
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
