This 1-year contract offers a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in managing a major project in Western Canada.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and finalize contract terms and conditions for executing the EPC contract for the project.
  2. Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to time and cost considerations, and resolve disputes as needed.
  3. Lead management of changes and escalations throughout the EPC contract's lifecycle.
  4. Identify and manage areas of risk to the project.
  5. Evaluate proposals, negotiate, and finalize contract agreements.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 10 years' experience overseeing large EPC contracts.
  2. Provide direction to a team of contract management professionals and support staff.
  3. Expertise in writing, negotiating, and finalizing EPC contracts.
  4. Preferred experience in large-scale construction or engineering projects.
  5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to thrive in a complex, large-scale environment.
  7. Proven track record managing shifting priorities, deliverables, and multiple stakeholders.
  8. University-level training in contract management, engineering, or construction management.
Rewards:
  1. $110/hour, depending on experience.
