Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Analyst to join our team at Enbridge. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management team, you will be responsible for the execution of contracts in accordance with company contracting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure contracts are developed in accordance with established Company contracting policies and procedures.
  • Work with partners to develop contracting strategies and analyze scopes of work to determine contracting strategy.
  • Identify potential suppliers and qualification criteria, and prepare RFx packages.
  • Coordinate proposal evaluation activities, including commercial evaluations and negotiations with suppliers.
  • Prepare award recommendations and award contracts.
  • Facilitate pre-proposal, proposal clarification, and contract kick-off meetings with suppliers and key partners.
  • Support various department initiatives as required.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field, and two to four years of related experience in the SCM field, or significant business knowledge acquired through a combination of formal education and experience.
  • Proven communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with influencing and persuasive abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Enrollment in the Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) / Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation program or equivalent.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements.
