Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Build strong relationships with the corporate management teams and collaborate to identify gaps, solutions and implement changes.
  2. Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  3. Collaborate with the corporate management teams to contribute to the success & profitability of the business by developing and implementing short & long term strategies, plans, policies and programs.
  4. Act as an Advisor to leaders by providing guidance and/or coaching on sensitive confidential and complex HR issues.
  5. Develop strategies for developing talent, succession planning and onboarding within the respective teams being supported.
