En quoi consiste ce rôle :

Dirige, supporte et mobilise le personnel sous sa supervision, et s’assure de l’application de la convention collective en vigueur, tout en maintenant la santé et la sécurité au cœur des activités.


Gère les activités quotidiennes reliées à son secteur (demandes de livraisons spéciales, certaines problématiques de clients, uniformes, ordinateurs de bord, cédules de livraison, etc…).


Analyse et explique les coûts reliés aux opérations et s’assure du respect des budgets établis tout en identifiant des opportunités d’améliorations.


Configure le réseau de distribution en fonction des objectifs du département et en assure le suivi périodique afin de mesurer son rendement et d’en augmenter son efficacité, tout en répondant au niveau de service visé pour les clients.


Participe à différents comités afin d’optimiser les communications inter départementales pour augmenter les synergies potentielles.



Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe :

Détient un baccalauréat en Gestion des opérations / logistique ou autres disciplines connexes.


Détient au moins 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en lien avec les responsabilités de gestionnaire que demande le poste.
