Connect Logistics Services Inc. located in St. Albert, is a third party contractor that provides warehouse and distribution services of spirits, wine, import beer and cannabis throughout the provide of Alberta on behalf of Alberta Gaming, Liquor, and Cannabis (AGLC). We are currently looking for an **Operations Supervisor (Team Leader)** to join our Afternoon Shift Team (Sunday to Thursday, 2:30pm to 11:00pm)

**Required Education and Experience**
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, preferred
- 0-3 years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, required
- 1-2 years logistics industry experience preferred
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, required
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, required
