PrideNow is seeking a Human Resource Manager located in Windsor, ON.

Must be willing to work Onsite.

Pay: $65-$80K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations.
  • Stay updated and ensure compliance.
  • Create, implement, and improve HR processes and systems.
  • Develop strategies for enhancing employee engagement and productivity.

Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.
  • Handle hiring and firing processes.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
  • Work closely with the CFO, GM, and President on strategic HR initiatives.
  • Report directly to the CFO, providing regular updates on HR activities and issues.

Event Attendance:

  • Represent the company at various events and functions as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in a similar industry or related field is preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficiency with ADP payroll systems.
  • Strong knowledge of ESA (Employment Standards Act).
  • Health & Safety/Compliance
  • WSIB
  • Exceptional organizational and process improvement skills.
  • Strong recruitment and onboarding capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management.
