We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us on our culinary journey.

We are looking for a passionate full-time Restaurant Managerto join the team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • You will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and operating the restaurant to ensure its efficiency and profitability.
  • You will also act as a guide to lead the team to surpass excellence in the customer experience while controlling operating costs.
  • You will ensure effective and continuous communication with the kitchen to guarantee smooth service operations.
  • You will supervise the work of your teams, ensuring optimal coordination among all members.
  • You will be present in the dining room to provide service that meets the expectations of our guests, thus guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience.
  • You will ensure customer satisfaction during and after service, managing any dissatisfaction and offering solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
  • You will manage the recruitment, integration, and development of a new team, ensuring constant cohesion and motivation among the staff.
  • You will plan schedules based on needs and anticipated traffic, thus optimizing human resources for smooth and efficient service.
  • You will manage budgets and achieve financial objectives, contributing to the profitability and sustainability of the establishment.
  • You will adequately plan inventories, ensuring that all necessary products are available and in sufficient quantity.
  • You will check the dining room to ensure that the setup is adequate, providing a welcoming and well-organized environment for customers.
  • You will lead, motivate, and inspire a team of restaurant professionals, ensuring harmonious and productive daily activities.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a management position within a high-end restaurant, demonstrating your ability to lead and maintain high standards.
  • You are bilingual in French and English, necessary for effective communication with a diverse international clientele.
  • You have proven experience in maintaining exemplary service standards while managing high volumes of customers.
  • You are available for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the restaurant.
