- Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen
- Oversee and coordinate daily kitchen activities
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to quality standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and ownership to create new menu items and specials
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with food preparation as needed

```Skills```
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment

-Strong knowledge of cooking technique
- Strong knowledge of food service and food safety practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in supervising and managing a team
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
